About me
I've been cooking since I was young, starting at the age of 10 when my mom discovered her passion for cooking and took me along for the ride. I joined culinary workshops, helped her in the kitchen, and learned alongside her. Cooking has always been my hobby, my passion, a source of peace, but I've always dreamed of taking it beyond my home kitchen.
So, when the company I had been working for closed in 2021, I made the bold decision to go to Paris and study at Le Cordon Bleu and Ritz Escoffier. Let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Learning at these world-renowned French culinary institutions made me feel like I was almost flying to the classes. It was an incredible experience.
After four months in Paris, I came back to Berlin feeling inspired but not quite ready to take the next career step. I took six months off and in January 2023, I was ready to turn my hobby into my profession.
My cuisine
Cooking has always been my passion, a way for me to express myself and evoke emotions in people. I love creating personalized dining experiences that are refined yet unexpected, leaving my clients and their guests in awe.
I believe in the beauty of simplicity, using fewer seasonal ingredients to create extraordinary flavors, but I also enjoy experimenting with new techniques and flavors. My cuisine is inspired by my Russian heritage, traditional French training and my extensive travels.
Not only will I prepare delicious meals for you, but I'll also take care of all the cleaning, leaving your kitchen in pristine condition. Whether you're planning an intimate dinner for two or a larger event with sixty people, I'm here to cook to your needs.
